What to include when you book
- The appliance and brand, for example "LG front-load washer" or "Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator."
- What it's doing: the symptom, any error code, noise or smell, and when it started.
- The model number if you have it. Not sure where it is? See where to find your model number.
- Your address and access notes, such as a gate code or who will be home to let us in.

Online booking is for homes in our service area: Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Sugar Land, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands and the Memorial area of Houston. If you're not sure we reach your street, check the service areas page or call first.
Not an appointment
If you smell gas near a range or dryer, leave the house and call 911 or your gas utility from outside. For a dryer that smells hot or like burning, stop using it until it has been checked.
